Senior Executive E-Commerce

Description

Responsibilities:

1. To maximise the sales & profit potential of the E-Commerce Department through several of company websites.
2. Plan and deliver promotional activities in line with the company’s targets, maximising the seasonal opportunities that arise with our product offering.
3. Report weekly / monthly on trading activities, provide business reports and detailed analysis on key metrics.
4. Confident in overseeing and coordinating all elements of E-Commerce, including Email Marketing, Affiliates and social media within a team environment.
5. Ensure each website has a suitable tone of voice for its customers and that all customers facing content is aligned.
6. Run day to day business operation with logistic, customer services, finance, marketing and etc.
7. Managing multiple market places platform, such as Lazada.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in related field or its equivalent.
• Excels at working within a team whilst managing their own workload efficiently.
• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, Affiliates and social media.
• Experience of working with Google Analytics 360.
• Experience of MS Office – Word, Excel etc.
• Basic html knowledge preferred.
• Commercial, dynamic and used to a fast paced environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Subang Jaya.
