Description

• Drafting the necessary letters for application purpose.
• Prepare applications, memos, payment vouchers and coordinating the logistic for applications submission (online/ counter).
• To assist in general administration (internal and external) duties including scanning, filing, answering calls, responding to email, generate daily/weekly/monthly report, invoicing, expiry report etc.
• Update the application status to clients.
• To assist Consultant to manage clients' expectations, deadlines and follow ups.
• Adheres client's special request, e.g. Protocols, Service Level Agreements.
• Update the case management system, internal database and maintain client files in accordance practice protocols.
• Research and update the Corporate Immigration Laws and Regulations to the internal team.
• Liaise with stakeholders for the required documents throughout the application process.
• Advise clients on queries regarding to the simple immigration application procedures.
• Securing appointment with immigration, authorities, embassies, etc for documents endorsement.
• Responsible to prepare and process the immigration applications and liaise with government agencies, authorities, embassies etc. until the completion of the applications.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure systems are updated.
• Liaise with government agencies and authority to ensure processes are within the act/ legal compliance.
• On occasions, any other tasks that assign by Consultants/ Associate Partners and to undertake other duties as required by Management.

Qualification:

• A bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma or any other equivalent level of studies
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in relevant business immigration, in the area of labour mobility and/or immigration law is an advantage.
• Strong client service mindset and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organization and time management skill.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and judgement skills.
• Good listening skills.
• Ability to track multiple case matters, prioritize and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn, proactive with positive mindset.
• Ability to demonstrate familiarity of using Microsoft Office applications

Note: Salary is commensurate with experience and qualification.
