Description

• Uphold staff well-being, push for staff development and emphasise staff training.
• Planning strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
• Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
• Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility and risk assessments.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Approving purchase orders and organizing and confirming delivery of goods and services.
• Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
• Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track shipments, inventory, and the supply of goods.
• Preparing procurement reports.

Job Requirement:

• Good nature, personality and righteous, selflessly place company and staff above self
• An exemplary leader having great communications skill.
• Structured, organised and meticulous backed by high-risk management awareness
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.
• At Least 10-year or more experience managing supply chain operations, currently an Assistant Manager in a reputable organisation
• Experience in IT industry or inventory management are advantageous
• Knowledge in supply chain management software and tools and Microsoft Office
• In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
• Ability in multi-tasking and time-management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
