Description

• Customer engagement pre/post project implementation to ensure the customer satisfaction of using company’s product or service.
• Developing and delivering training sessions to new users of company’s product or service
• Report to regional office on the progress of the usage of company’s solutions on a monthly basis
• Build close relationship with the key management in each property of the major account.
• Feedback on customer usage and ideas to internal teams for product enhancements.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Document all SOP relating to our solutions for major accounts.

Job Requirements:
• 5 to 8 years of working experience with at least 2 years with people management responsibility
• Strong personal contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of character
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Able to converse fluently in English and preferably a 2nd language
• Able to work outsides of normal office hours occasionally
• Background in hotel industry would be an advantage
• A degree is desirable. Area of study in information technology, engineering, quantitative science, or hospitality management.
