Description

Job Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance duties in areas of, but not limited to, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics, and electronics.
Maintain Plant upkeep and repair as needed.
Perform welding, material handling, and storage, plumbing, and pipefitting as needed.
Follow a predetermined schedule of preventive maintenance.
Maintains a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
Demonstrates attention to detail; Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; Monitors own work to ensure quality.
Reports defective materials or questionable conditions to the line supervisor or quality engineer immediately.
Observe safety and security procedures; Report potentially unsafe conditions; Use equipment and materials properly.
Checks operating controls and safety stops on the conveyor. Checks power and hand tools for correct operation, and reports any unsafe working conditions.

Requirements & Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Ability to speak and write fluently in Malay & English.
Min 2 years of experience in the maintenance field in glass production factories or equivalent.
Problem-solving, troubleshooting, operation, and supervision of preventative maintenance programs experience.
Excellent leadership skills
