What you Need:

- Minimum qualification Diploma in IT with related field.
- Experience leading a team with minimum of 3 years related work experiences.
- Ability to articulate technical issues in simple way to understand terms to client.
- Experienced in project management and strong in communication skills.

What you will do:

- To Leading, motivating, and assisting the team to deliver individual goals and continued growth.
- Managing day-to-day activities of the team, providing guidance and advice with the goal of case resolution and customer satisfaction.
- To Develop procedures and documentation for the application support
- Collaborate with Sales and IT Support team to improve overall customer experiences and to ensure a good service level to customers.
- To Maintain the team’s work schedule and on-call schedule to ensure support functionality to customers.
- Provide status updates to Management and team members on their respective Projects.
- To identify and determine priority and resolve issues with the team.
