Job placement, advice and consultation

As a professional recruitment firm, a lot of our work involves advising and consulting jobseekers who we are tasked to place in their desired position. We help them with their resumes, coaching them on proper conduct at job interviews and so forth – all in the hope of them successfully being hired. 

On the hiring company’s point of view, we also assist with the screening of candidates; including “pre-interviewing” the jobseekers before directing the shortlisted individuals to the final interview by the former.
