Job Description
  • To execute full cycle of recruitment plans.
  • To coordinate and implement recruiting initiatives.
  • To source for suitable candidates in various job portals, social media channels and briefing candidates on the job opportunities offered by the client.
  • To screen and evaluate suitable candidates’ skills, experiences, career goals based on the position’s requirements.
  • To manage and coordinate interview sessions through various forms e.g. phone, face to face or web/video conferencing channels
  • To offer CV, interview and general career advice to candidates
  • To formalize job description and specifications based on clients hiring manager’s requirements
  • To prepare and present detailed candidate profile summaries with recommendation to clients
  • To identify new business opportunities in different industries
  • To manage and post job vacancies on website and social media channels
  • To build and expand clientele list
  • To network with clients and candidates to build a reputation for the Company.
  • To perform employment background and reference check
  • Negotiating remuneration packages to ensure client requirements and expectations are met in a timely manner and finalizing arrangements between client and candidate.
  • To facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and client.
  • To maintain accurate and updated records in all stages of recruitment process as well as other administrative duties.
  • To organize & attend career fairs (virtual and/or physical) for recruitment
  • To achieve individual’s monthly target
  • To participate in JTK workshops and/or trainings.
  • Able to travel when needed.
  • Responsible for other duties and responsibilities as advised by immediate superior.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
